We're building a club from the foundation up. A professional director rhythm. A possession-based identity rooted in Brazilian-influenced training. Competitive platforms spanning EA, N1, GA Aspire, DPL, Pre-ECNL, GA Inspire. An Academy program designed to develop technical players from U6 forward. All of it backed by the national ALBION SC platform — a club with a track record of producing pros, college players, and national-team talent across the country.

The players who show up aren't joining a finished product. They're joining a founding roster.

The Pathway

ALBION SC Dallas develops players from U6 through U19, across both the boys and girls programs, on platforms designed to match each player's stage and ambition:

  • Boys — Elite Academy, N1, Classic (U13–U18), Pre-ECNL (U10–U12)
  • Girls — GA Aspire, DPL, N1, Classic (U13–U18), PGA Inspire (U10–U12)
  • Goalkeeping — Dedicated training under our Goalkeeping Director and goalkeeping staff
  • Academy & Juniors — Technical development with a proven methodology from U6 forward

EVALUATION PROCESS

Our professional coaching staff evaluates each player across six core areas:

  1. Technical Skills — The ability to execute with the ball: receiving, passing, dribbling, and finishing under pressure.
  2. Soccer IQ — Decision-making on the field — knowing when, why, and where to act in any given moment.
  3. Character — Competitiveness, attitude, work rate, focus, growth mindset, and the ability to be a great teammate.
  4. Athleticism — Speed, power, agility, coordination, and endurance that allow a player to perform consistently.
  5. Unique Qualities — The traits that set a player apart — the things that make them special, unpredictable, and valuable to a team.
  6. Positional Abilities — Understanding and executing the specific demands of a player's role within the ALBION system.

Our professional coaches evaluate each player across five performance pillars: Technical (how an action is executed), Tactical (when, why, and where decisions are made), Physical (speed, power, agility, coordination, and endurance), Psychological (competitiveness, attitude, work rate, focus, growth mindset, and teamwork), and Overall Performance (application and impact in the game).

Current ALBION SC Dallas players are evaluated daily across their full training and game environments. Because of the deep knowledge our coaches build from working with each player, we can accurately project team placement for the upcoming season. All current and returning players should still attend — some teams may still be active in league or cup play, and it is important that players stay engaged. These sessions also create the competitive environment our staff needs to fairly evaluate new players joining the program.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Is there a cost to attend? A: No. Registration with ALBION SC Dallas is completely free of charge. Simply register through the link to secure your spot — TRYOUTS.

Q: How many sessions should my child attend? A: We encourage players to attend a minimum of two sessions for their age group so our staff can evaluate them across multiple environments. Players are welcome to attend additional sessions if they choose.

Q: What should my child wear and bring? A: Players should arrive in soccer attire — cleats, shin guards, and athletic clothing appropriate for outdoor play. Please also bring a size-appropriate soccer ball and a water bottle.

Q: Who do I contact to find a session? A: Reach out to a coach at the campus nearest you using the emails listed above, or email us at info@albionscdallas.org and we'll connect you with the right staff member.

Q: Do we need to notify anyone in advance? A: No advance notice is required. Simply check in with an ALBION SC Dallas staff member at the field when you arrive for your first session.

Q: What are the next steps? A: After evaluations, roster invitations are sent through ALBION Connect to families being offered a position. If you receive an invitation, log back into your ALBION Connect account to accept or decline within the stated timeframe.

Q: What if my child is not selected to a team? A: We will communicate alternative ALBION SC Dallas program options where available, including our developmental and recreational offerings.
