ADAM FLYNN, DIRECTOR OF SOCCER

Adam Flynn brings more than 20 years of elite coaching and leadership experience to his role as Director of Soccer at ALBION SC Dallas . The English native is a former Liverpool FC Academy player (13–19yrs old), Flynn transitioned directly into coaching within the academy system, serving as an academy coach from 19–28, working closely with future Premier League and Wales international Harry Wilson and in the midst of some of the best young talents in world football.

From 2010–2014, Flynn served as Head Coach of Liverpool FC International Academies, before becoming Technical Director of LFC International Academy Texas from 2014–2019. He later held the role of Technical Director at DKSC from 2019-2023 where he helped drive club-wide player development and coaching education. Most recently, Flynn served as ECNL Director at Sting Black 2023–2026, overseeing elite pathway teams and competitive programming at the national level.

In 2026, Flynn joins ALBION SC Dallas to lead the club’s long-term vision, coach development framework, and player pathway—focused on developing complete players while building a sustainable, high-performance culture aligned with the modern game.
