Experienced Technical Leader to Head Coaching Staff

DALLAS, TX – ALBION SC Dallas is proud to announce the strategic appointment of Adam Flynn as Director of Coaching. With a distinguished career in youth development and technical direction, Flynn joins the ALBION SC Dallas leadership team to drive the club’s competitive standard and coaching methodology.

Flynn brings a world-class coaching pedigree to the role. Having developed his philosophy within the prestigious Liverpool FC Academy system, he successfully transitioned into leadership roles, serving as a Technical Director for Liverpool FC’s International Academy in America. For the past several years, Flynn has been a fixture in North Texas soccer, where he has successfully developed top-tier talent for collegiate and professional pathways.

As Director of Coaching, Flynn will be responsible for the day-to-day development of the coaching staff, the implementation of the ALBION SC curriculum, and ensuring high training standards across all age groups.

"I am incredibly excited to accept the role of Director of Coaching for ALBION SC Dallas," said Flynn. "The ALBION brand represents the highest standard of youth soccer in the country, and I look forward to bringing that level of professionalism and detail to our training grounds. My focus is to mentor a coaching staff that inspires our players and creates an environment where development and winning go hand in hand."

Experienced Leader to Head Boys

DALLAS, TX – ALBION SC Dallas is proud to officially announce the appointment of Emile Innocent as the club’s new Boys Director of Coaching.

A proven leader with a distinguished background in player development, Innocent brings a wealth of international and collegiate experience to ALBION SC Dallas. He holds a U.S. Soccer B License and a TOVO Methodology Certificate. His impressive resume spans from the collegiate level, where he served as Captain for Howard University's Division 1 team, to the professional stage, including caps with the 2008 Haiti National Team and experience in the German 3rd Division.

Innocent joins ALBION SC Dallas with significant leadership experience, having previously served as a Director of Coaching for Allegiance Academy and as a Head Coach for ECNL programs.

Emile commented on his new position with the club:

My goal is to create an engaging and supportive environment that fosters player development and teamwork. I look forward to working with the players to help them reach their full potential."

In addition to his coaching credentials, Innocent holds a B.A.S. in Health Sciences from Howard University and is multilingual, speaking English, French, Spanish, and Kreyol.

ALBION SC WELCOMES ADRIAN FERREIRA AS THE NEW DIRECTOR OF GOALKEEPING

ALBION SC DALLAS APPOINTS ADRIAN FERREIRA AS GOAL KEEPING DIRECTOR

Elite Specialist to Lead and Unify Goalkeeper Development Pathway

DALLAS, TX – ALBION SC Dallas is proud to officially announce the appointment of Adrian Ferreira as the club’s new Director of Goalkeeping.

A premier specialist in the field, Ferreira brings an elite level of technical expertise and international experience to the ALBION SC Dallas coaching staff. He holds a UEFA B (DFB-Germany) license, a USSF license, and a prestigious ISSPF Professional Masters in Goalkeeper Coaching Science. Originally from Galicia, Spain, Adrian’s 10+ years of coaching experience span across professional, collegiate, and elite youth systems.

Adrian joins the club with an impressive leadership resume, having previously served as the Director of Goalkeeping for Sting Black (ECNL) and as the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Purdue University (NCAA D1). His international pedigree is further highlighted by his role as a U.S. Camps Director for Atletico de Madrid and La Liga Futbol Camps.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, he is uniquely positioned to communicate the nuances of the position to a diverse player pool."

Adrian commented on his vision for the program:

My focus is on creating a clear development pathway, establishing strong training standards, and fostering a collaborative environment for both players and coaches. Albion has a strong foundation, and I look forward to helping elevate the goalkeeping department to the next level."

In addition to his professional credentials, Adrian is a passionate advocate for fitness training and an avid Padel player, embodying the active, elite lifestyle championed by the club.
